MANISH SANE

Chief Executive Officer (Country / Managing Director)

Responsible for running day to day activities of FINCA Azerbaijan having over 900 staff, over 119,000 clients with Portfolio over $117 million – asset size over just $114 million and more than 60 locations in the country.

Manish Sane joined FINCA Azerbaijan in November 2006 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is been looking after CEO duties since July 2010.

Prior to joining FINCA, he had worked for 13 years in areas of financial management at different private businesses in countries including India, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Azerbaijan.

Manish Sane graduated from Pune University, India and also is a qualified member of Chartered Accountant (CA) plus a qualified member of Management Accountant (ICWA) from India. Recently he has graduated from American Bakers Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Manish Sane represents on the Board of Directors of FINCA Russia and on the Audit Committee of FINCA Kyrgyzstan - both companies are affiliates of the 21-country network.

He is married and has two daughters.

VADYM KARMALITA

Chief Operations Officer

Responsible for lending operations and branch net-work.

He joined FINCA Azerbaijan in August 2009 as Regional Operations Manager and in April 2010 was promoted to COO position.

Prior to joining FINCA, he had worked for 7 years in different banks in Ukraine, such as Alfa-Bank, Nadra Bank and PrivatBank.

Vadym Karmalita graduated from the Technological University of Podillya region, Ukraine. Specialty Audit and Accounting.

He is married and brings up a daughter.

MARCO DE NATALE

Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for all financial operations.

He joined FINCA Azerbaijan in January 2012 as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining FINCA, he worked for 10 years in various investment banks in London (Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Barclays Capital) and as a Regional Manager for BlueOrchard Finance in Geneva.

Marco de Natale graduated in Finance and Economics from Università Commerciale “L.Bocconi” in Milan, Italy. He also holds a Master degree in Engineering-Economics Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University, USA.

He speaks Italian, French, English, Spanish, and basic Polish.
