YASHAR NAJAFOV
Regional Operations Manager
Responsible for lending operations and branch net-work in Absheron region. In addition he makes relationships among the operations of Absheron region branches.
He joined FINCA Azerbaijan in 2002 as Loan Officer. In 2006 he began to work as Branch Manager and in 2008 he was promoted to Regional Operations Manager in Georgia (Tbilisi region). Since 2010 till now he works as Regional Operations Manager in Azerbaijan (Absheron region).
Prior to joining FINCA, he had worked as an accountant in a private clinic and run his own business.
Yashar Najafov graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University. Specialty International Economic Relations and Management.
He is married and has a daughter.
LUTVALI ZEYNALLI
Regional Operations Manager
Responsible for lending operations and branch net-work in Southern region. In addition he makes relationships among the operations of Southern region branches.
He joined FINCA Azerbaijan in March 2001 as Loan Officer. In August 2003 he began to work as Supervisor and in December 2004 he was promoted to Branch Manager in Imishli. From December 2008 till now he works as Regional Operations Manager.
Prior to joining FINCA, he had worked for 16 years in different places in Azerbaijan, such as “Komsomol” kolkhoz (engineer), Imishli Kolkhoz-Constuction name after M.Huseynzadeh (brigade-leader, lawyer), Imishli Motor Transport Instutition (Sector Head), Imishli Cotton-Cleaning plant (Head of Shift).
Lutvali Zeynalli graduated from the Azerbaijan Technological University. Specialty automechanical engineer.
He is married and has a daughter and 2 sons.
NAZAKET ASLANOVA
Regional Operations Manager
Responsible for lending operations and branch net-work in Western region. In addition she makes relationships among the operations of Western region branches.
She joined FINCA Azerbaijan in May 2002 as Financial Services Officer. In September 2003 she began to work as Regional Operations Manager of Southern region and in October 2009 she was promoted to Regional Operations Manager of Western region.
Prior to joining FINCA, she had worked for 4 years in International Migration Organization as Program Assistant and Training and MIS Officer.
Nazaket Aslanova graduated from the Nakhchivan State University. Specialty Botany. She also had got education in MBA program in Warwick Business School, UK.
She is married and has a daughter and 2 sons.
ELCHIN MAMMADOV
Regional Operations Manager
Responsible for lending operations and branch net-work in Central region. In addition he makes relationships among the operations of Central region branches.
He joined FINCA Azerbaijan in 2003 as Loan Officer. In 2006 he began to work as Branch Manager and is been looking after Regional Operations Manager duties since April 2010.
Prior to joining FINCA, he had worked for 14 years in different places in Azerbaijan, such as Institution of Scientific Researches (mechanic, scientist, Sector Head), “Agromechanic” Science-Production Centre (General Director).
Elchin Mammadov graduated from the Azerbaijan Technological University. He also had got post-graduate study in “Agromechanic” SRI. Specialty mechanical engineer.
He is single.
VASMIJAHAN HASANOVA
HR Department Manager
Responsible for oversight of all human resources systems and procedures, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, conflict resolution, and compensation/rewards management.
She joined FINCA Azerbaijan in September 2010 as HR Manager.
Prior to joining FINCA, she had worked with Confiance Australia Pty Ltd specialized HR and ER consulting firm operating both in Australia and Azerbaijan as Azerbaijan Branch Manager and Senior HR Consultant for 3 years, and more than 3 years with CredAgro, one of the Non-Banking Credit Organizations in Azerbaijan as Human Resources Manager.
Vasmijahan Hasanova graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Languages with a major of English and French Education; earned her MBA with concentration on Strategic Human Resource management from South Korea, Handong Global University.
She is single.
ELCHIN ALIMARDANOV
Internal Control Department Manager
Responsible for assisting Management Board in creating and maintaining internal control environment, risks identification and analysis.
He has joined FINCA Azerbaijan in September 2008.
Prior to FINCA he had worked for 5 years in different international organizations providing financial services.
As a second education graduated Azerbaijan State Economic University, with major in Finance and Credit.
He is married and has 2 children.
ZAUR NURMAMMADOV
Marketing Department Manager
Responsible for Managing Marketing department, planning and realizing of FINCA Azerbaijan’s strategy, collecting market information and improving FINCA’s image.
He has joined FINCA in October 2005 as Special Projects Coordinator. In December 2009 he began to work as Administrative Department Manager and in September 2010 he was promoted to Marketing Manager.
Prior to FINCA he had worked in different places, such as Care International, International Rescue Committee, in different positions, such as MIS Officer, Community Mobilizer, Monitoring and Evaulation Officer.
Zaur Nurmammadov graduated from the Ege University of Izmir city, Turkey. Specialty Information Technologies.
He is married and has 2 sons.
NAZILA GURBANOVA
Administrative Department Manager
Responsible for managing Administrative Department.
She joined FINCA Azerbaijan in December 2001 as Operations Manager and in September 2010 she was promoted to Administrative Department Manager.
Prior to joining FINCA, she had worked in different places, such as russian school, Nakhchivan State University, Nakhchivan Private University, ADRA (translator, Project Supervisor, Chief Coordinator of Loan Programs).
Nazila Gurbanova graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Languages. Specialty English and Germain.
RASHAD GULIYEV
General Counsel / Legal Department Manager
Responsible for legal compliance of the activities of the company, organization of legal work and management of Legal Department.
He joined FINCA Azerbaijan in December 2010.
Prior to joining FINCA, he had practiced law in prominent companies of Azerbaijan since 2003 and headed Legal Department at Azerbaijan Industry Bank from 2008 to 2010.
Rashad Guliyev graduated from the Baku State University Law School in 2001 as a Bachelor of Law and then received the master degree in Constitutional law from the same university. Later he obtained LLM (Master of Laws) degree in Business law from University of Virginia School of Law on Fulbright scholarship.
He is single.
ELSHAN GURBANOV
Finance and Accounting Manager
Responsible for day-to-day accounting management and reporting.
He joined FINCA Azerbaijan in January 2008. Before that, he worked in FINCA during 2004 in the capacity of Finance Manager.
Prior to joining FINCA Elshan has worked in non-commercial sector as Finance and Administration Manager for NGOs such as International Medical Corps and EngenderHealth. Elshan Gurbanov also has 1,5 years of international work experience.
Elshan Gurbanov graduated from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. Specialty: Computer-aided control systems for oil production processes.
NARGIZ HASANOVA
Finance Controller
Responsible for Finance Control.
She joined to FINCA Azerbaijan in December 2007.
Prior to joining FINCA, she had worked for 7 years in different non-government organizations implementing USAID funded projects focused on development of agricultural and financial sectors of Azerbaijan Republic.
Nargiz Hasanova graduated from the Baku State University with a major of Turkish Language; then earned her MBA degree with concentration on Finance from Khazar University, Baku Azerbaijan.
KHANIM BABAYEVA
Internal Audit Department Manager
Khanim Babayeva graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University. Specialty Finance and Credit. She also had got education in MBA program in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
